Altuglas International is a global leader in PMMA
(polymethylmethacrylate) with approximately a 20% share of global PMMA demand. Altuglas International markets its acrylic resins and sheet under
the brand name Plexiglas® in the Americas and Altuglas® and Repsol Glass® in Asia, Europe, Africa
and the Middle East.
Worldwide, acrylic capstocks are marketed under the Solarkote® brand.
Since March 2008, the Repsol YPF group's PMMA sheet and block business has been integrated to Altuglas International. The tradename of these products is Repsol Glass®.
